Project Management Foundation to Intermediate Level
This course is designed to function as a standalone offering, or to assist learners who are studying towards achieving PMI‘s Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® or the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification .
The course is based on the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) which is the well-known global standard for project management. It provides team members with the fundamental practices needed to achieve organizational results and excellence in the practice of project management.
There is no certification examination associated with this course and this course is aimed at individuals who are new to project management and require the prerequisite knowledge before continuing on to CAPM® & PMP® training and certification.
CAPM® Certification Exam Preparation Training Program
The Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® training course, and associated certification examination, is presented regularly at Torque IT. Achieving the CAPM® certification demonstrates a successful graduates understanding of the fundamental knowledge, terminology and processes that form part of an effective project management strategy.
PMP® Certification Exam Preparation Training Program
The Project Management Professional (PMP)® training course, and associated certification examination, is presented regularly at Torque IT. The PMP® certification is the gold standard of project management certification and is recognized and demanded by organizations worldwide. Achieving the PMP® certification demonstrates a successful graduates understanding, and competence, with regard to directing projects, teams and performing the role of a project manager.
