Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA)

The Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) certification is aimed at an IT professional who has earned the Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) who is able to perform the core system administration skills required in Red Hat Enterprise Linux environments. The credential is earned after successfully passing the Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) Exam (EX-200).

Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE)

The Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) certification is intended for a Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) who is ready to automate Red Hat Enterprise Linux tasks, integrate Red Hat emerging technologies and apply automation for efficiency and innovation. The credential is earned after successfully passing the Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) Exam (EX-294)

Red Hat Certified Architect

A Red Hat Certified Architect (RHCA) is a Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE), Red Hat Certified Enterprise Microservices Developer (RHCEMD) or Red Hat Certified JBoss Developer (RHCJD) who has attained the highest level of certification by passing and keeping current five additional certifications chosen from the system administrator and developer lists. 

 

Red Hat provides the opportunity to earn two different kinds of Red Hat Certified Architect certifications: Red Hat Certified Architect in Infrastructure and Red Hat Certified Architect in Enterprise Applications. Candidates can choose to follow both paths or earn credentials that might not be on the RHCA path they are pursuing. 

Red Hat Certified Specialist in Enterprise Application Server Administration

A Red Hat Certified Specialist in Enterprise Application Server Administration possesses the skills, knowledge and abilities required to install, configure and manage Red Hat JBoss Enterprise Application Platform (EAP) and to deploy and manage applications on that platform. 

Note: This credential was formerly called Red Hat Certified JBoss Administrator (RHCJA) and before that JBoss Certified Application Administrator (JBCAA). 

Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration

A Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration is aimed at an IT professional who has demonstrated the skills, knowledge and abilities needed to create, configure and manage a cloud application platform using Red Hat OpenShift. 

Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Application Development

A Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Application Development is aimed at an IT professional who has demonstrated the skills, knowledge and abilities to deploy applications in a Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform environment. 

Red Hat Certified Specialist in Ansible Automation

A Red Hat Certified Specialist in Ansible Automation is aimed at an IT professional who has demonstrated the skills, knowledge and abilities needed to use Ansible to automate the management and deployment of systems in an enterprise environment. 

Red Hat Certified System Administrator in Red Hat OpenStack

A Red Hat Certified System Administrator in Red Hat OpenStack is able to create, configure and manage private clouds using Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Red Hat OpenStack Platform.

Red Hat Certified Specialist in Virtualization

A Red Hat Certified Specialist in Red Hat Virtualization has the skills, knowledge and abilities required to deploy and manage virtualization infrastructure, hosts and guests using Red Hat Virtualization.
